Shipping policy

Orders are shipped with one of the follow mail carriers USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Please be sure to provide an email address with your order so the tracking information can be sent to you. You will be able to track the package with the given tracking information. If the tracking shows “Delivered,” and you can not find your package please refer to the following steps:

 

 

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly,

  • Check with household members, neighbors, mailrooms, or apartment offices, and

  • File any necessary claims with the carrier.

  • Insure that the mailing address that you provided is correct. 

 


Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
